Clarity

No hidden fees, no confusing jargon, no paperwork designed to obscure. We tell you exactly what your care plan includes, what it costs, and what to expect — from the very first conversation. Families shouldn't have to decode their loved one's care.

Confidence

45+ years of aged care experience means we've seen it all — and we know how to handle it. When something changes, we respond. When you have a question at midnight, we answer. You're in experienced hands, and you should feel that every time we visit.

In practice: All carers are police checked, WWVP-cleared, and trained in first aid, manual handling, and dementia care where relevant. Experience isn't an add-on — it's our baseline.

J.PEER Health operates in alignment with the Aged Care Quality Standards under the Aged Care Act 2024. These standards set the expectations for safe, respectful, and person-centred care across Australia.

The Standards cover eight domains including dignity and respect, ongoing assessment and planning, personal care and clinical care, services and supports for daily living, and a safe and supportive environment. Our values aren't separate from these requirements — they're the spirit behind them.
